Refund policy

At Pattern Symphony, your satisfaction is our primary concern. Therefore, we have a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Return Policy:
1.1 Customers have 30 days from the day they received their item to request a return. Returns must be sent back to us within 40 days from the date you received your item.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.3 Personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

1.4 The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, in which case Pattern Symphony will cover the return shipping.

Refund Policy:
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

2.2 In case of a defective or damaged product, a full refund or replacement will be made once we have verified the defect or damage.

2.3 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2.4 If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@patternsymphony.com

Exchange Policy:
3.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@patternsymphony.com
